Cancellation Policy

At Villa De 1945 Heritage Bungalow & Luxury Ayurveda, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while also ensuring fair usage of our services and resources. Cancellation terms may vary based on the rate plan selected at the time of booking and the proximity to the check-in date.

1. Cancel by Certain Date

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made before the specified deadline. After the deadline, one of the following may apply:

• Standard cancellation fee may be charged
• Full payment may be required for the entire booking

2. One Night Penalty Policy

If cancellation is made within the penalty period, a fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

3. Prepaid / Non-Refundable Bookings

For bookings under prepaid or promotional rates, the full amount is charged at the time of reservation and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Refund Schedule for Standard Bookings

Refund percentage based on cancellation time before check-in:

• Before 48 hours: 25% refund
• Before 24 hours: 50% refund
• Before 12 hours: 75% refund
• Before 6 hours or No-Show: 100% charge (No refund)

Please note that cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through the booking platform used. The applicable refund will be processed as per the policy stated above and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

For group bookings, events, or customized packages, separate cancellation terms may apply.
